How I run Hermes Agent in a container on my NAS, with a cloud-based AI API provider, Telegram text and voice, and a read-only personal knowledge base. Plus the mistakes to avoid and a prompt to get you started.

Traditional frameworks like PMP, Agile, and Prince2 were designed entirely around human coordination. In a world introducing autonomous AI agents capable of rapid execution, these paradigms demand a fundamental structural review.

Exploring the "Green Bitcoin" thesis: using containerized mining rigs to instantly monetize and mitigate potent methane leaks from open-air landfills in developing nations, contrasting it against the logistical constraints of synthetic fuel production.

Use storage-optimized i8g instances for initial sync with Geth and Lighthouse, then switch to memory-optimized r8g for a cost-effective, fully synced Ethereum node in about 8 hours.

Transfer USDC across chains with Circle's CCTP V2 using a serverless architecture: Lambda, Step Functions, and Secrets Manager for multi-chain DeFi and cross-border flows.

Create a Lambda layer for Web3 and connect to the Polygon POS chain via Amazon Managed Blockchain—all from the AWS console, suitable for free tier experimentation.

Deploy an Arbitrum full node in a serverless way on AWS using Fargate, then connect MetaMask and test the node. A cost-conscious architecture you can extend for your Web3 apps.

A 4-part series building decentralized, transparent governance for AI training data: an on-chain DAO decides who may submit data; smart contracts and serverless components then feed an Amazon Bedrock knowledge base with RAG.

Use Amazon Managed Blockchain Access to immutably anchor data on the Bitcoin blockchain via standard JSON-RPC APIs, without running your own Bitcoin node infrastructure.

First post in a 3-part series: introduce IPFS concepts and run IPFS on an EC2 instance (add files, use gateways, archive to S3). Parts 2 and 3 cover an EKS production cluster and NFT data on IPFS.

Exploring the theoretical and practical benefits of using Blockchain in loyalty reward programs for both companies and users.

Will we see hard forks on tokens anytime soon? Does it even make sense and what would it look like? A discussion on smart contract upgrades and governance issues in the token ecosystem.

A guide on how to safely retrieve Bitcoin Cash (BCC/BCH) after the Segwit2x saga and the hard fork, using local wallets and splitting private keys.
